	Deposit required at time of reservation.
	Cancellation policy is three weeks prior to reservation date - handling fee $25 charged.
	Rates do not include state and local tax and accommodation fees of 12.5%.
	Smoking not permitted in the Inn or on the porches. Smoke free environment.
	Accept personal checks, corporate checks, traveler's checks and cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
	Concierge services provided for guests.
	Children over 12 years old are welcome.
