Policies

• Charleston is popular year-round, though our peak seasons are spring and fall, as well as most weekends.

• Rates include a gracious Southern gracious continental breakfast, a lowcountry afternoon tea and evening sherry.  Also included, free wireless internet connection.

• Mimium reservation of 3 nights on weekends and holidays.

• Deposit required at time of reservation.

• Cancellation policy is three weeks prior to reservation date - handling fee $25 charged.

• Rates do not include state and local tax and accommodation fees of 12.5%.

• Smoking not permitted in the Inn or on the porches. Smoke free environment.

• Accept personal checks, corporate checks, traveler's checks and cash. Credit cards are not accepted.

• Concierge services provided for guests.

• Children over 12 years old are welcome.
